The Sensodyne Online Check Up

Client: GSK - Sensodye. Brief: Create a digital solution that allows people to self-diagnose tooth sensitivity and subsequently request a Sensodyne sample. Enough of the iced water test!

Campaign: Quick Check Up is a web and mobile app, presently in BETA testing, that allows people to check if they have tooth sensitivity - with a combination of AI and photo-recognition, and a questionnaire. Users are required to take a picture of their teeth, which is analysed by our AI in seconds, and answer a few question about the pain they’ve been experiencing. If the combination of the two deems the user as a tooth sensitivity sufferer, they can request a Sensodyne sample. 

The ambition for this piece is much bigger, though. We want it to become a proper integrated dental and mouth health digital checker, as we train it to diagnose other conditions and recommend different products and visits to dentists/hygienists.
